Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 4 additional years of related work experience.
• 15–20 years of experience in managing industrial or commercial facilities projects.
• Experience as a project/design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, or data center projects.
• Financial acumen and experience in design execution and client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business–customer relationship.
• Plan and oversee program implementation within budget and requirements.
• Manage financial and schedule requirements.
• Staff resources to meet program requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contracts and quality standards.
• Maintain liaison with customer to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Develop/co-ordinate estimates, proposals, BOEs, and related actions.
• Provide oral and written program status reports to stakeholders.
• Brief senior management on status metrics.
• Endorse and implement company policies and procedures.
• Complete employee performance appraisals and counseling if supervising staff.
