Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead semiconductor and electronics projects, guiding technical delivery and interfacing with clients and stakeholders. You will drive excellence, collaborate across teams, and challenge the status quo while aligning with program goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, and a client-focused approach to deliver complex programs on schedule and within budget, with relocation or travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 15-20 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities.
• Experience as a project/design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences or data center projects.
• Financial acumen, design execution & client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business-customer relationship and ensure program alignment with budgets and requirements.
• Plan and oversee program implementation, manage financial and schedule requirements.
• Staff resources and oversee subcontractors to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders and brief senior leadership.
