Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Design Project Manager to lead semiconductor and electronics programs, interfacing between project teams and clients. You will guide technical delivery and ensure alignment with contract requirements while fostering collaboration and excellence.

The role demands 15–20 years in project management for industrial or commercial facilities, with semiconductor/electronics exposure. Willingness to relocate to Israel; North America candidates may travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 4 years of related work experience.
• 15–20 years of project management experience in industrial and/or commercial facilities.
• Experience as a project/design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences or data center projects.
• Financial acumen, design execution and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business–customer relationship.
• Plan and oversee the program implementation within budget and requirements.
• Manage financial and schedule requirements.
• Staff and manage resources to meet program requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors’ performance meets contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain liaison with the customer to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Develop/coordinating estimates, BOEs, and contract actions with stakeholders.
• Provide oral and written status reports to stakeholders.
• Brief senior management on status measurement data.
• Endorse and implement company policies and procedures.
• Complete employee performance appraisals and counseling if supervising.
