Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Design Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and electronics projects for key clients. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder communications, interfacing between project teams and clients to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires 15–20 years of project management in industrial/tech facilities, with a focus on financial acumen and contract management. A hybrid work policy and relocation considerations are in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
• 15–20 years of experience managing projects in industrial/commercial facilities.
• Experience as project/design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences or data center projects.
• Financial acumen, design execution and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business-customer relationship.
• Plan and oversee program implementation within budget and requirements.
• Manage financial and schedule requirements.
• Staff resources to meet program requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual and quality standards.
• Maintain liaison with customer to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Develop/co-ordinate estimates, proposals, BOEs and contractual actions.
• Provide status reports and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements.
• Brief senior management on program/task status and data.
