United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Staff Design Program Manager for the Global Growth organization. This role sits at the Design Foundations layer, owning program management across Product Design, UXR, Content Design, and AI tooling, and partnering with design leads to advance experiences.

You will shepherd delivery across teams, maintain project health, and lead cross-functional planning. A strategic mindset and hands-on use of AI and design tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design program management or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional programs
• Comfort with ambiguity and strategic thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and design tools like Figma/Jira/GitHub

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and execution for projects end-to-end
• Drive program management for the Global Growth design team
• Shape and document workflows and processes for speed and effectiveness
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, legal, and product to scope work and manage delivery
• Build visibility into project health, team utilization, and priorities for leadership
• Lead planning and prioritization across cross-functional teams
• Facilitate design reviews, retros, and planning sessions
• Bring AI fluency to program management and help adoption of new tools
