Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management and design operations.
• Strong product sense and design craft.
• Experience with all stages of product development lifecycle.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with design system and engineering teams.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional programs from 0→1.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex design initiatives.
• Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows to automate tasks.
• Own vendor relationships for design tooling and licensing.
• Shape capacity planning, roadmaps, and resource allocation.
• Partner with IDS to align programs with system evolution and adoption.
• Translate design strategy into executable programs with clear progress.
