Job summary

Blink UX, a product design firm, seeks a Principal Design Program Manager to own how design work is requested, planned, tracked, reviewed, and delivered across web and app. You will partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to steer high-visibility programs and build scalable processes.

You will lead Operations & Systems, program ownership, and AI-enabled workflows, while coaching teams and ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience in program management for design/product/tech.
• Strong Jira fluency and reporting skills.
• Experience with AI tools and enabling teams to adopt them.

Responsibilities

• Own design operations and systems, including Jira operating model and dashboards.
• Lead design program management for major initiatives from kickoff to post-delivery support.
• Run the Experimentation & Growth sprint cycle and tie tickets to KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and decision-making with senior leaders.
