Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an experienced program manager to drive cross-functional design and product content initiatives, aligning teams across UX, research and product to deliver holistic experiences.

You will own executive stakeholder communications, create scalable processes, and guide multiple programs from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a product design or experience team.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities across multiple functions.
• Experience delivering complex programs from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational initiatives to improve clarity, alignment, and effectiveness across teams.
• Lead cross-functional product development programs from strategy through delivery.
• Define end-to-end plans, engage executive stakeholders, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Develop scalable processes to plan and manage multiple UX projects.
