Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior design leader to mentor 8–10 designers, shaping UX across enterprise products and guiding design thinking with AI, ML, and mobile technology. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering from strategic definition to tactical execution of roadmaps, ensuring a unified experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Candidates should have 15+ years in enterprise product design, a strong portfolio, and proven leadership in design systems, accessibility, and

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise product design experience.
An inspiring portfolio representing the process to build great experiences.
Robust experience defining and/or working with design systems.
Demonstrated experience with accessible projects (WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA a plus).
At least 8 years of visual and interaction design, with 5 years in Experience Design or equivalent.
At least 3+ years managing design teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a design team of 8–10 designers and/or managers.
Collaborate with Product teams to deliver UX that enhances workplace productivity.
Guide design thinking and experiences using AI, ML, and mobile tech.
Oversee a portfolio of products and align with Product and Engineering roadmaps.
Ensure cohesive experiences across ServiceNow ecosystem and platforms.
