ServiceNow is seeking a senior UX designer with leadership experience to guide product experiences across Technology Workflows. You will mentor designers, partner with product and engineering, and translate strategic concepts into tangible design artifacts. You’ll drive cohesive user experiences across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

The role emphasizes an agile, collaborative environment, an emphasis on user needs, and delivering insanely great experiences for enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience in the full product development lifecycle of web/software apps.
• Experience in UX/Interaction Design field.
• Inspiring portfolio showing the design process for great experiences.
• Enterprise product design experience in IT, Security Ops, CS Mgmt, HR, Analytics or Consumer Brands.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving within cross-functional teams.
• Iterative, agile development experience with a "make it work" mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for multiple products within Technology Workflows, mentoring teammates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering from strategy to execution of roadmaps.
• Develop high-level task flows and convey concepts with storyboard and documentation.
• Oversee detailed mocks, prototypes, and behavior specifications.
• Ensure cohesive experiences across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
