Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design preferred.
• Minimum of three years interior design experience or equivalent.
• Prior consultative sales experience.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments and meet with customers in store to determine design needs and create a design plan.
• Maintain high-level customer contact and engage in relationship selling from initial engagement to post-purchase follow-up.
• Attract new customers by leveraging store traffic to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
• Sell tile, wood, stone, and installation materials aligned with customer style and budget.
• Utilize design software and CRM tools to support design processes and collaboration.
