Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail/customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support design walk-ins on the sales floor.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage multiple customer projects with accurate, timely communication.
