Job summary

HNTB is seeking a seasoned project controls and contract management professional for a Seattle-area project. You will own change management, cost control, and risk governance to ensure profitable project delivery.

You'll work with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and discipline leads to shape the plan and drive successful outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business with extensive experience in large-scale projects, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 8–10 years of project management/contract management on large projects.
Experience with project controls and budget management.
Strong leadership and collaboration across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

Develop the Change Management Plan and the scope, pricing, and proposals for contract change orders.
Lead negotiations and resolution of change orders with clients.
Oversee the project workplan, staffing, and budget controls.
Direct project controls team and monitor Earned Value, ETC, and EAC.
Manage project risk and insurance compliance.
Ensure timely invoicing and contract compliance.
