Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior project controls professional to manage contract changes, workplans, and project controls for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes risk management, insurance compliance, and proactive coordination with project teams to ensure profitable operations.

The successful candidate will lead change negotiations and maintain schedules and budgets across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 8 years of engineering design background with contract management or project management on large project.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 10 years of project controls background with contract management or project management on large projects.

Responsibilities

Change Management: develop Change Management Plan, scope, pricing, proposal package, and negotiate change orders.
Workplan Management: maintain critical path schedule, staffing plan, and AX budgets.
Project Controls Management: oversee Earned Value, Estimates to Complete/Completion, and KPI analysis.
Risk Management: maintain Risk Plan and Risk Register, weekly risk meetings.
Insurance Management: ensure contract insurance compliance and track documents.
Contract Management: manage IOAs, subcontracts, invoices, and progress reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
