Job summary

HNTB is seeking a seasoned Project Controls and Contract Management lead to oversee change management, budgets, schedules, and risk on medium to large MEGA projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and discipline leads to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 8+ years in large projects.
• Experience in contract management and project controls on large Mega projects.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage change and budgets across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Change Management Plan and manage all contract change orders with the project team.
• Maintain the project schedule, deliverables matrix, and staffing plan; monitor budgets.
• Direct project controls, Earned Value, Estimates to Complete and Estimates at Completion; analyze KPI metrics.
• Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan and Risk Register; conduct weekly risk reviews.
• Oversee Insurance compliance and contract management including IOAs and subconsultant contracts.
