Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Change Management Plan and contract change orders.
• Lead budget and schedule management and staffing plan.
• Direct project controls group including schedulers and document control.
• Provide forecast data and ensure alignment with revenue policy.
• Oversee risk and insurance management on the project.
• Manage subconsultant contracts and invoices.
