Job summary

HNTB is seeking an experienced project controls/contract manager to oversee change management, risk, and financial performance on medium to large design-build megaprojects.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration in collaboration with project teams across disciplines. A engineering or business background with extensive contract management on complex programs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with significant contract or project management experience.
• Experience leading project controls or risk and insurance management on large megaprojects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders in complex design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops the Change Management Plan and contract change orders.
• Leads scheduling of formal change order meetings with Project Manager.
• Develops scope, pricing, and proposals for contract changes.
• Manages project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Directs project controls group including earned value, ETC, and EAC.
• Oversees risk and insurance management per contract.
