Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist with proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks: analysis, design, reports, and specifications.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Mentor staff; participate in staffing, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
