Qualifications

• MS (PhD preferred) in electrical engineering required.
• 8+ years of NAND design experience with read/program/erase algorithms.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal layout and verification.

Responsabilités

• Implement core Xpath, Ypath and Array design and integrate cores into full chip schematics.
• Develop analog/mixed-signal circuits and validate with simulations at block and chip levels.
• Serve as technical authority across analog/core teams for modeling, simulation, and automation.
• Develop agentic enablement for circuit design including AI/LLM-assisted flows.
