Job summary

Iridium seeks a Senior Deputy Program Manager, Engineering for a Space Development Agency project. You will work with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives for a high-impact program with a multi-million dollar impact, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end system solutions.

The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/science, 10+ years in USG program management, and DoD/IC satellite program experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering, mathematics, or science.
10+ years of USG development/operational program management experience.
5+ years managing complex technical projects, preferably DoD/IC satellite programs.
5-7 years of classical engineering experience.
Experience leading Scaled Agile projects.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans for the program's technical vision and manage delivery of high-quality results.
Coordinate and deliver multiple complex assignments within identified timelines and budgets.
Ensure projects meet financial performance targets and complete estimates to complete.
Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality results and proper use of funds.
