Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, science, or equivalent military experience.
• 12+ years in US Government development/operations program or project management.
• 5+ years managing complex technical projects, DoD/IC satellite programs preferred.
• 5-7 years of classical engineering experience.
• Experience leading Scaled Agile projects.
• US citizenship and ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for the program's technical vision and execution.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation actions.
• Lead program reviews, governance meetings, and customer briefings.
• Apply EVM to monitor cost, schedule, and performance.
