Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC is seeking a Deputy Director of Program Management to lead the Programs Department remotely while coordinating with headquarters. The role focuses on strategic scoping for contracts, transition management for new awards, and interim program leadership during vacancies.

Candidates should have 10–15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in program management, and the ability to develop scalable processes and staffing models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10–15+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in program management.
• Ability to think strategically and develop frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Experience leading teams in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic and operational goals for the Programs Department to enable sustainability and scalability.
• Liaise with business development on scoping proposals, advise on technical solutions, staffing, pricing, risks and mitigation.
• Collaborate with Finance to build and refine EAC processes for budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as backup for the Director of Program Management and act as interim Program Manager during vacancies.
• Lead Transition Program Management for new contracts, including scoping, kickoff, staffing, and deliverables in the first 60–90+ days.
• Prepare contract management deliverables and tools, manage risks, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables for contract terms and team management.
• Facilitate bi-weekly status meetings with Program Managers and gather data for headquarters reporting.
