Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking an On-Site Program Manager in Arlington, VA to lead mission-critical DHS/CISA international engagement efforts. You will supervise contractor personnel, coordinate with CO/COR, maintain schedules and quality, and provide strategic guidance across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of federal program management experience, and a strong ability to deliver actionable recommendations in a dynamic government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
• Active DHS Top Secret clearance with SCI access or ability to satisfy TS/SCI requirement.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex federal programs, projects, or task orders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, coordination, and management of all Contractor personnel under the task order.
• Serve as primary Contractor interface with CO and COR.
• Maintain schedule and quality of services, products, and deliverables.
• Oversee staffing and performance of personnel assigned to the requirement.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and SME to program personnel.
• Develop recommendations addressing mission-critical challenges and improvements.
