Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Deposit Regional Pricing Transformation initiative on a 12-month contract. This fully remote role requires extensive banking program experience and the ability to drive pricing capabilities across consumer and business banking products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading banking/financial services transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in deposit products and pricing strategies.
• Ability to navigate complex business and technology environments.
• Proven track record with executive-level alignment.
• PMP/PgMP/SAFe or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for the deposit pricing transformation.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, risks, and governance.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements, and business process definition.
• Coordinate Technology, Operations, Finance, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, UX, and Digital teams.
• Provide executive-level updates to steering committees.
