Pivotal Consulting in Tukwila, WA seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead the Regional Deposit Pricing initiative for a banking client, covering discovery through execution.

You will own scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, Deposits, Digital/Web, Risk, Compliance, and Training. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, regulatory awareness, and experience guiding complex pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Financial services background required.
• Strong project management skills including budget, schedule, scope, and people management.
• Deposit products experience or related banking/credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define, prioritize, and govern the project backlog throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, reviews, and requirement-validation discussions.
• Collaborate with PM and delivery teams to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary business liaison between stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners.
• Ensure requirements align with objectives, regulatory requirements, and operations.
• Support user acceptance testing, scenario development, defect triage, and validation.
• Support implementation planning, readiness activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, priorities, and changes.
