Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to support development and deployment of strategic initiatives driving growth of the CSBB Deposit portfolio. The role requires collaboration with distribution channels, Finance, Marketing, Treasury, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Banking/Financial Services with analytics experience, including deposits and pricing analytics, and strong modeling skills. Regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Banking or Financial Services with analytics focus
• Experience with deposits, pricing analytics, and risk management
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel/PowerPoint
• Exposure to regulatory banking standards affecting deposit products

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets across CSBB deposit products and channels through pricing and execution models
• Develop strategies to grow share of wallet via digital, branch, call center, and marketing
• Support incentive design, financial planning, and forecasting across CSBB deposits
• Manage deposit rate paid to balance growth and profitability using price optimization techniques
• Synthesize competitive information to drive business performance
• Prepare senior leader reviews and contribute to strategic planning presentations
• Engage partners to communicate analytics insights from initiatives
• Support business case development for key initiatives
• Mentor Analysts as needed
