• Proactive and self-driven, comfortable setting own direction and handling ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Independently own renewals and expansions for every customer in your portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and deliver end-of-year strategic presentations.
• Lead customers through discovery, visioning, configuration, and launch on ambiguous projects.
