Job summary

Code Metal seeks a Deployment Strategist to work with engineers, product, and growth teams to deploy software for US government customers. Your mission is to synthesize end user needs into a cohesive understanding of urgent problems, required product capabilities, and opportunities for impact.

You’ll embed with field teams, build bespoke workflows, train users, deliver demos, and drive adoption while ensuring customer success. A active U.S. security clearance and up to 50% travel are required.

• Active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite to meet end users and understand their critical questions and pain points.
• Identify features with customers and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them.
• Embed with Engineering and Product teams to apply field insights to Code Metal offerings.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
• Lead training sessions to ensure adoption and impact.
• Deliver demos to new and existing customers.
• Scope engagements with new customer groups and growth opportunities.
