EliseAI is seeking a Growth Strategy Analyst on the Future Platforms team. You will sit at the center of how EliseAI’s newest products reach the market, building business cases, structuring deals, and sustaining momentum with the country’s largest housing operators.

The role offers rapid learning, founder-like ownership, and a fast-paced environment that values initiative. You’ll work directly with a team shaping next-gen AI platforms, with in-person collaboration 4–5 days a week and meaningful

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup
• Sharp, ambitious early-career operators who want to learn the business from the inside and move fast
• Relentlessly organized and follow through on everything you touch
• Think analytically and can turn messy inputs into a clear recommendation
• Pick up new tools and processes quickly
• Communicate clearly and build trust fast across Sales, Product, and Operations
• Own high degree of exposure into scaling new business lines
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Build the business case for EliseAI’s next-generation platforms
• Structure deals and maintain momentum across the pipeline with housing operators
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to align on go-to-market plans
• Learn the growth motion and contribute to strategic initiatives within the first year
• Operate with a founder-like mindset and drive execution and direction of Elise’s future
