Job summary

EliseAI is expanding its platform across housing and healthcare. We’re seeking an AI Deployment PM to drive customer deployments end-to-end, working with Product and Engineering to turn deployments into product improvements.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with customer teams, solving data challenges, and establishing repeatable launch processes as EliseAI scales its platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in analytical problem-solving and ownership of complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets.
• Ability to spot patterns and drive progress when the path forward is unclear.
• Clear communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter who will do hands-on deployment work to make a deployment successful.
• A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical field is a plus.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments and migrations from discovery through launch, keeping work on track and removing blockers.
• Collaborate with customer teams (operations, finance, property managers) to map processes and requirements.
• Analyze customer data to identify discrepancies and define data flows into EliseAI products.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to perform issue investigations and prioritize product improvements.
• Create practical processes and documentation to accelerate future deployments.
