EliseAI is seeking a Lead Deployment Strategist to found and scale a new function within our Future Platforms team. You will guide complex, enterprise deployments from sale to live deployment, coordinating product, engineering, and customer teams to translate real-world needs into actionable requirements.

You’ll shape playbooks, drive adoption, and push for fast, high-quality outcomes. You will own engagement success end-to-end, align stakeholders, manage risk, and help scale processes while

Qualifications

• 5–8 years running enterprise software implementations or technology transformation programs.
• Strong track record of taking deployments live and launching.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical background.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end from late-stage sales to launch and post-launch.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with clear requirements and adoption plans.
• Run multi-deployment projects with internal and client stakeholders and maintain cadence and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with product ops, engineering, and training for configuration, data migration, and adoption.
• Support change management with client leadership to shift workflows and incentives for adoption.
