Nova Credit is seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to guide complex enterprise deployments of our Credit Passport, Cash Atlas, and Income Navigator. You will coordinate with engineering, product, sales, and client teams to deliver on-time, on-scope implementations that drive revenue growth and customer value.

The role requires strong program management, technical acumen to explain concepts to stakeholders, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in deployment leadership or related client-facing senior project roles.
• Ability to configure customer environments and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to hybrid work settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-stakeholder deployments across enterprise accounts.
• Engage with engineering, product, and account teams to align objectives.
• Plan, execute and measure deployments ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Escalate and resolve issues with executive-level stakeholders.
• Influence product priorities through collaboration with solution architects and account managers.
