Nuvo is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive the most critical customer deployments for enterprise clients. You will work onsite with customers, collaborating with engineering and product teams to integrate data, diagnose adoption bottlenecks, and translate learnings into product direction.

You will guide deployments end to end from initial conversations to production launches, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and accelerating adoption across complex organizational environments.

The Role

The Deployment Strategist at Nuvo drives our most critical customer engagements. You will work directly with our most important enterprise customers to understand their largest pain points and work alongside our engineers and product designers to customize the Nuvo product and agents to build the most operationally effective tool their credit, AR, AP, and collections teams use every day.

You will partner closely with our Deployments team, and work directly with data, engineering, business, and AI leaders at some of the world’s most complex enterprises. From the first conversation through production launch, expansion, and outcomes, you will guide deployments end to end. This is a foundational role to help us build out our Deployments organization.

Our Deployments team is a small group of technical leaders from different backgrounds who take on Nuvo’s hardest problems and step up to lead.

This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role that blends customer strategy, product thinking, business operations, and technical problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Own the success of Nuvo’s most complex customer deployments.
• Spend significant time with our customers onsite, build deep relationships with the organizations, identify their most critical problems, and champion how Nuvo fits into their systems and processes.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to integrate customer data, diagnose adoption bottlenecks, and translate on-the-ground learnings into product and business directions.
• Build and deliver demos and proofs of concept to validate new use cases, test ideas in the field, and support expansion into new areas.
• Advocate for our customers’ most pressing needs and turn their feedback into product improvements for our engineering team to ship.
• Inform Nuvo’s overall strategy, including customer messaging and the most important product changes.
• Figure out bottlenecks to platform-wide adoption and work with our engineering and product teams to solve them.

Who You Are

• You are deeply curious and analytical, with strong product intuition and interest in how real users and organizations operate.
• You are comfortable working with data (SQL and BI tools) and technical systems. You are a heavy AI user for coding and building artifacts, with a high bar for ensuring no AI slop. You don’t need to write production code, but you are technically curious and willing to learn whatever tools solve the problem.
• You’ve operated in high-stakes environments before and can stay effective under pressure. You are able to align multiple stakeholders around concrete action plans. You are able to leverage data and systems to understand adoption and usage, and you are able to measure impact and translate findings to help accelerate deployments.
• You communicate complex, technical problems in digestible ways, tailored to your audience.
• You’re willing to travel and embed with customers (roughly 25%), especially during critical deployment phases, and you’re motivated by deeply understanding Nuvo’s strategy and platform so you can help accelerate our mission to bring trade online globally.

Expected Compensation Range $160,000- $220,000
