nPlan is seeking a Principal Deployment Engineer to guide deployment and client engagement for major construction projects. You will own strategic projects, help configure weblike product deployments, and drive value with advanced features including LLM-based capabilities.

You will work remotely from the US or Canada with on-site client visits and biannual travel to London HQ, shaping the roadmap and mentoring the team along the way.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in planning, risk, PMO, or project management on major construction projects.
• Deep understanding of large construction schedules (P6).
• Experience leading strategic projects with credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring planning, risk or project controls professionals.
• Passion for applying technology to improve the construction industry.
• Attention to detail — include the word crane in your application.
• Excellent relationship-building skills: delighting customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior trusted advisor to our most strategically important clients, including at senior stakeholder level.
• Own end-to-end strategic deployment projects spanning multiple clients or accounts.
• Define product configurations to maximize value for complex clients and set the standard for others.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to shape engagement, retention, and expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and AI Engineers to shape prototyping direction and improve the evaluation process.
