Job summary

Accellor is seeking a Principal FDE to lead strategic enterprise deployments, embedding with customers to translate AI ambitions into scalable production architectures. You’ll shape data, AI, and governance end-to-end and serve as the trusted technical voice for customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, including 2+ years leading FDEs or customer engineers.
• 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Lead in data/enterprise SaaS.
• Strong track record with senior technical buyers and architecture review boards.
• Ability to translate AI + data concepts into executive-ready architecture proposals.
• Hands-on production-grade coding in JavaScript or Python and cloud deployment experience.
• Experience with modern data stacks and multi-tenant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery workshops with customer architects and data teams.
• Own AI deployment scoping with clear acceptance criteria on accuracy and governance.
• Translate concepts into executive-ready architecture proposals and defend trade-offs.
• Lead and grow a team delivering production systems with frontier models.
• Own end-to-end delivery and ensure measurable outcomes and value.
• Partner with Product, Research, and Sales to inform roadmap priorities.
• Write technical specifications and reusable reference architectures.
