Job summary

nPlan is seeking a Principal Client Engineer to lead complex construction scheduling, risk analysis, and client deployments. You will advise senior client stakeholders, own strategic projects, and collaborate with AI and product teams to evolve our platform in a remote-friendly, globally engaged setting.

You’ll help shape how clients adopt advanced features, especially LLM-based capabilities, and mentor the next generation of planning and risk professionals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a planning, risk, PMO, or project management role on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior trusted advisor to major clients and manage high-value relationships.
• Own strategic projects end-to-end to embed products with client organisations.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership to shape engagement strategy and client retention.
• Work with Product Managers and AI Engineers to influence prototyping direction and evaluate domain-expert inputs.
