Job summary

Incisive is growing, and we’re hiring a Senior Territory Manager – Houston, TX to drive new business and expand our footprint. This is a hunter/closer role, responsible for generating your own pipeline, running both virtual and in-person meetings, and closing new accounts.

You’ll report directly to the AVP – Central and help shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale, with uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Dental experience required.
• 2+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel within Territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers) to drive sales funnel and new customer acquisition.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
