Job summary

adMarketplace is seeking its first Demand Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end technical relationship with our largest demand partners. You will define how solutions engineering operates, sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Product, and Engineering.

You will lead technical discovery, architecture, integrations, POCs, and the documentation that makes complex solutions legible to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in a solutions engineering, partnerships, or integration role in ad tech or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with oRTB, REST/JSON APIs, product feed management, event tracking, and attribution infrastructure.
• Strong technical documentation skills: writing specs, integration guides, exec summaries.
• Proven ability to conduct client-facing technical discovery and translate requirements into engineering tasks.
• SQL proficiency and ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience presenting to enterprise partners and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in ambiguous, founding roles and building processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to gather requirements and prioritize ROI.
• Outline scope for integration requirements and dependencies; design client-specific architectures.
• Own client-specific POC design and execution; translate requirements into testable prototypes.
• Evaluate Build vs. Configure tradeoffs; provide guidance to Partnerships and Product.
• Onboard new demand integrations; manage API integration, feed setup, and credential provisioning.
• Produce and maintain client-specific technical documentation: specs, API references, guides.
