Job summary

Profisee Group Inc is seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager (Finance) to own the global demand engine from end to end. This role will translate pipeline targets into programs, measure results, and deliver intelligence to sellers for action.

You will collaborate across Content Marketing, Field Marketing, Partners, Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops to execute a unified demand gen plan. You will build AI-enabled workflows, manage spend within thresholds, and drive an AWS-focused demand

Responsibilities

• Create a global demand gen plan and deliver against it.
• Own integrated campaign strategy and the global calendar.
• Deliver signal packs and targeting intel for BDRs/AEs to improve conversions.
• Elevate partner motion and define AWS-focused demand strategy with digital aircover.
• Build AI-embedded demand operating model with governance and workflows.
• Lead cross-functionally with clear briefs and cadence to Sales/Marketing leadership.
