Job summary

Notion in San Francisco or New York City seeks a Head of Demand Engine to turn product stories, proof, and market opportunities into a scaled pipeline. You’ll lead demand programs across campaigns, digital channels, webinars, email, and emerging channels, partnering with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing.

This senior role spans AMER and global markets; you’ll build a repeatable engine, test aggressively, and collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling B2B demand programs that create qualified pipeline.
• Sharpen judgment and taste with programs where audience, offer, and execution were strong.
• Deep digital demand experience across paid strategy, email, web, webinars, nurture.
• Ability to turn learnings into repeatable programs and investment decisions.
• Comfort with data, attribution, reporting, forecasting, and ROI.
• Executive presence; trusted partner to Sales and leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams in fast-moving environments.
• Experience operating across regions or globally.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand programs strategy, calendar, and operating rhythm across audiences and offers.
• Turn product stories, proof, and market opportunities into scalable programs.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice and measure what works.
• Lead global paid digital demand strategy; define audiences, offers, and goals.
• Lead digital demand across webinars, email, web, nurture and new formats.
• Partner with Marketing Ops/RevOps on ROI, attribution, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Product Marketing and Field Marketing on strategy.
• Help build account-based marketing and partner marketing as motions develop.
• Be a trusted partner to Sales and executive leadership; drive impactful decisions.
• Hire, coach, and lead a strong demand/digital demand team.
