Job summary

Groupe SEB is seeking a Demand Planning Lead for North America and LATAM to establish a reliable consensus forecast process and drive the S&OP cycle. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory, ensuring product availability and profitable growth.

The role requires strong supply chain expertise, proficiency with SAP ERP and BI tools, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply planning.
• Experience leading demand-review and S&OP in multi-brand or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and planning KPIs.
• Experience with SAP ERP and advanced planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the demand-planning process across brands, products, customers, and markets.
• Lead the monthly demand-review, documenting assumptions, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide inputs for safety stock, allocation, and inventory decisions with Planning teams.
• Develop governance and continuous-improvement standards for planning processes.
