Job summary

Bare Home is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to overhaul forecasting, planning, and inventory positioning for a multi-channel eCommerce business. You will own demand signals end-to-end, rebuild forecasting approaches, and lead S&OP with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with ERP and planning platforms. This is a senior individual contributor role based in Minnesota, with a competitive salary and comprehensive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of progressive demand planning or supply chain planning experience.
Proven track record improving forecast accuracy and reducing stockouts.
Experience leading S&OP cycles.
Experience configuring or implementing a demand planning platform.
Ecommerce/retail background with seasonality and promotions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end demand forecasting across all SKUs, channels, and markets.
Lead S&OP process, drive cross-functional alignment, provide integrated demand view to leadership.
Improve forecast accuracy and diagnose root causes with corrective actions.
Coordinate with Marketing and Marketplace to incorporate promotions and launches.
Translate forecasts into inventory positioning to reduce stockouts and optimize working capital.
Configure and optimize the planning system, safety stock, lead times, and replenishment.
Drive process improvements and scalable, system-based solutions.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Inventory, and Buyer to align PO quantities with forecast.
Monitor inventory across warehouses and channels, flag stock imbalances and take action.
