Job summary

Groupe SEB USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to own and elevate the rolling 12- to 18-month forecast across brands and markets, driving a consensus demand plan within the S&OP cycle and partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

You will analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and KPIs, identify gaps, and coordinate responses to support product availability, inventory optimization, and profitable growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's or certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles.
• Proven experience leading demand-review and S&OP processes in multi-brand, multi-market or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques, including trend, seasonality, and outlier management.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the demand-planning process across brands, products, customers, channels, and markets.
• Lead the monthly demand-review process and document assumptions, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and central teams to develop a consensus demand forecast.
• Analyze forecast performance using KPIs; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate actions to address gaps vs. budget or latest estimates, including commercial or operational responses.
