Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for the UGG wholesale channel. You will lead forecasting processes, coordinate S&OP cadences, and partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Brand Planning to shape demand assumptions and consensus forecasts.

You’ll manage a 6+ person team, drive data-driven decisions, and influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi‑channel organization.
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing forecasting processes and contributing to S&OP cadence and governance.
• Advanced analytics or data visualization experience; Tableau or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Demand Planning team with analytics and forecasting discipline.
• Manage performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop plans for team growth.
• Model accountability and drive improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and decision support.
• Set team priorities, coordinate assignments, monitor goals, and provide guidance.
• Influence partners across a matrixed organization with data-driven storytelling and clear assumptions.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to align on demand risks and recommended actions.
• Improve demand planning processes and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Apply scenario planning and demand shaping to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop attribute planning and segmentation frameworks to reveal drivers of demand.
• Lead cadence for the UGG Wholesale channel and ensure transparent scenario risks.
