Job summary

CREO Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead the enterprise forecasting and S&OP processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate inputs into a reliable demand plan, improve service levels, and optimize inventory across consumer products.

Five+ years in demand planning with leadership experience preferred. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP in consumer products.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop planning processes across multiple sites.
• Experience with plastics manufacturing or high-volume operations preferred.
• Strong analytics, data interpretation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise demand planning process across product categories, customers, channels, and locations; maintain an unconstrained rolling forecast.
• Develop baselines using shipment history, orders, POS data, and market inputs.
• Facilitate cross-functional consensus to reflect the most likely business outcome in the plan.
• Own the monthly demand review and translate the plan into capacity and supply requirements.
