Job summary

CREO Group, a leading consumer product, nursery, and greenhouse supply company, seeks a Senior Manager of Demand Planning in Atlanta. You will lead the enterprise demand planning process, convert inputs into a reliable demand plan, and serve as the key link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

You will build forecasting discipline, analytics, and systems to improve customer service, inventory productivity, and profitability across CREO’s consumer business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or S&OP/IBP.
• Leadership or people-management experience (3+ years).
• Experience forecasting for major retailers, distributors, or seasonal product categories preferred.
• Experience supporting plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or other high-volume manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise demand planning across product categories, customers, channels, and locations with an unconstrained rolling forecast.
• Develop baselines using shipment history, orders, POS data, and market intelligence.
• Own monthly demand review and translate consensus into capacity and supply needs.
• Build forecasts for mass retail, e-commerce, distributors, and nursery channels.
• Translate demand into actionable signals for production scheduling and inventory targets.
• Lead and develop the demand planning team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
