Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Demand Planner to own the enterprise demand forecasting process and support SIOP activities. You will develop and maintain forecasts, analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements with stakeholders across Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales and Manufacturing.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with 3+ in demand planning, strong modeling, Power BI and Oracle experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• APICS certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand reviews and communicate forecast changes to global planning team.
• Maintain unconstrained demand plan to support SIOP decision making.
• Improve forecast accuracy and bias with data-driven analysis.
• Be SME of demand planning system and share best practices with sites.
• Coordinate monthly performance indicators, risks and opportunities for sites.
