Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring a Demand Planning Professional to support our Mission Systems business. You will develop and maintain demand plans translating customer requirements into production and supply plans, partnering with BD, PM, Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain to balance capacity and inventory.

This is a hybrid role (2–4 days onsite weekly) and may involve up to 20% travel. You will support SIOP, drive forecasts, and optimize demand data integrity while ensuring on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling 18+ month minimum unconstrained demand plan for OE, Aftermarket, and MRO / Spares.
• Lead Demand Reviews and drive cross-functional alignment on the consensus demand plan.
• Translate customer demand into requirements that support the master schedule and Operations.
• Support SIOP activities, including financial reconciliation, supply reviews, and executive reviews.
• Analyze demand, orders, inventory, market trends, and forecast variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop build-to-stock recommendations, burn-down plans, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
• Monitor and communicate key metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory performance, OTD, and demand variance.
