The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Development, Program Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. This hybrid position can be based in Cedar Rapids, Rockford, or Colorado Springs with up to 20% travel and no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting.
• Travel as business needs dictate - up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling 18+ month unconstrained demand plan.
• Lead Demand Reviews and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Translate customer demand into master schedule requirements.
• Support SIOP activities including financial reconciliation and reviews.
• Analyze demand, orders, inventory, and forecast variances.
• Develop build-to-stock recommendations and inventory targets.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy and OTD.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with contracts.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve constraints and decisions.
• Drive forecasting method improvements and tool enhancements.
