Job summary

SC Johnson, a global leader with a 140-year heritage, seeks a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning. You will develop and manage demand forecasts across near-term S&OE and longer-range S&OP, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to translate insights into actionable plans.

You will build forecasts using shipment history, promotions, trends, and other signals, helping align consumer demand with production and distribution to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance).
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain role.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting for multiple categories and horizons (near-term S&OE and long-range S&OP).
• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review performance, assumptions, and risks.
• Monitor and adjust forecasts to reflect pacing, demand, promotions, and distribution changes.
